Hebei Delegation Visits BIC Production Base

At the end of March 2026, a five-member delegation consisting of representatives from the owner unit, design institute, construction unit and supervision unit of a Hebei project specially went to our hydraulic elevator dam production and processing base to conduct an on-site inspection and exchange. They deeply understood the standardized production process and quality control system of hydraulic elevator dams, and highly recognized our rigorous production technology and strict quality requirements.

During the inspection, accompanied by the person in charge of our company's technology, the delegation visited the entire production process of hydraulic elevator dams in full. From the selection and precise cutting of raw materials in the material preparation and cutting link, to the assembly and welding of components and standardized welding in the assembly and welding link, and then to the precise control and strict check in the process inspection link, the delegation made detailed inquiries and careful observations on each link. Subsequently, the delegation successively inspected the anti-corrosion treatment processes such as sandblasting and hot-dip galvanizing, as well as the final painting and loading and shipping links, deeply understood the technical standards and operating specifications of each process, and truly felt the interlocking and scientific rigor of the entire production process, deeply realizing the important significance of standardized production in ensuring the quality of hydraulic elevator dam products.

The delegation focused on our company's hydraulic elevator dam quality control system, and detailedly understood the three-level inspection mechanism of raw material incoming inspection, production process inspection and product factory inspection. They fully affirmed our practice of strictly following industry standards and implementing full-cycle closed-loop control from raw material access to finished product factory. The delegation stated that this visit was fruitful, and our company's mature production technology and improved quality control system provided a reliable reference for the selection and application of hydraulic elevator dams in similar projects in Hebei, and also laid a solid foundation for future cooperation between the two parties.
