Within the water resources informatization domain, the company provides a comprehensive suite of consulting, planning, and feasibility study services encompassing water resources management, flood control in river basins, operation and maintenance of water conservancy projects, agricultural water conservancy development, matrix-based reservoir management, and irrigation district modernization. Additionally, the company possesses the capability to independently develop and integrate specialized modeling systems. These include hydrological simulation, hydrodynamic analysis, groundwater migration modeling, water resource optimization allocation, river ice evolution modeling, water ecological environment assessment, agricultural irrigation simulation, hydraulic structure simulation, and intelligent engineering scheduling systems. These models provide scientific support for water resources management decision-making.

In information platform development, BIC focuses on digital twin technology. It plans and implements projects such as digital twin watershed platforms, water resource allocation systems, flood control “four-pre” systems (forecasting, early warning, simulation, and contingency planning) for watersheds, digital twin irrigation districts, reservoir matrix management platforms, rural water supply informatization, and intelligent water-saving control systems, driving digital transformation in the water resources sector.

From preliminary feasibility studies and comprehensive consulting in the early stages, through full-cycle services covering preliminary design and construction drawings in the mid-phase, to post-implementation technical support and system integration, the company delivers end-to-end coverage across the entire lifecycle of water resources informatization projects. This enables the provision of scientific, efficient, and reliable holistic solutions for clients. Moving forward,BIC will continue leveraging its technological and talent advantages to actively participate in major national strategies such as water network construction and smart water management advancement, injecting technological momentum into the high-quality development of China's water resources sector.
