The rubber dam on the Guishui River, which had been damaged due to long-term disrepair, has been replaced with a hydraulic elevator dam and a ship lock to meet navigation and landscape requirements. The hydraulic elevator dam section has a total width of 92.4m and height of 3.5m, consisting of 12 spans with a single span length of 7.7m . Each gate is supported by two hydraulic cylinders and can be operated manually or via a local PLC control system, with a remote interface reserved. The ship lock also uses hydraulic elevator dam, with one gate each at the upper and lower lock heads. The ship lock has a total width of 8m and height of 4m.
