The Sanli River HED project is a reconstruction project of replacing the rubber dam with hydraulic elevator dam. The river has a clear width of 36m and height of 2m,consisting of 6 spans with a single span length of 6m. The tops of HED are equipped with lighting, and upon completion, the project will create a scenic view of a waterfall combined with lights, enhancing the city's aesthetic appeal.
