Technical experts from the Beijing IWHR Corporation (BIC) and the China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research (IWHR) have spent three years successfully developing a highly motorized and mobile automated water pump. Its distinct advantage is that it can pump large amounts of water within a short period of time without the need for an external power supply or additional generators. It may be arranged very quickly and easily, and is very powerful, especially when used during heavy rain.
It is the most advanced equipment of its kind in China and the world's leading mobile hydraulic pump. This invention fills a gap in the field of hydraulic pumping and has won seven (7) national patents. The invention of this kind of equipment is a major achievement in the area of emergency response as it may be applied to municipal drainages, agricultural droughts, water supply, et cetera.
Operating Principle and Process of Pump Unit:
control box →diesel engine → hydraulic pump →hydraulic station →( lift installation of pump) → hydraulic motor → water pumping, shown as below:

Components of unit :
The hydraulic drive pump unit is composed of axial (mixed) flow pump section ( including hydraulic motor), diesel-driven hydraulic unit ( including hydraulic pump, diesel engine, hydraulic station, connected high-pressure oil pipe, control box), hydraulic delivery pipe, vehicle (or common) chassis or bracket, et cetera. Figure 1 below shows the basic structural components of a hydraulic drive pump unit, and Figure 2 shows the condition of a pump unit transported on the vehicle. 
Product Features and Advantages:
(1) Large displacement of water within short period of time:
Maximum flow rate of pump can be up to 1,800-3,600-5,000m3/h, vehicle-mounted pump with 10,000 m3 /h(Discharge head=4.0m) flow will be launched;
(2) No external power supply, no additional generators or lifting equipment required ; diesel engine hydraulic drive;
(3) High powered hydraulic motor (100KW) drives large axial flow pump, characterized by a small system with simple structure, operation reliability guaranteed, low rate of malfunction, safe for use in any environment, especially during heavy rain;
(4) All mechanisms are controlled by hydraulic pressure; water pump can work at 25-50m of distance from engine according to length of oil pipe line fitted;
(5) Working platform may be shifted, slid, and rotated, while the pump tube may be jacked and stretched multi-directionally. Entire deployment process only takes ten (10) minutes, while the entire operation process takes only three ( 3) individuals;
(6) Strong capability to pump all kinds of feculence and slurry without clogging;
(7) Low fuel consumption, long continuous operation time, and low-noise engine;
